How do I close my account?

Learn how to close your Sling Money account and what to consider before doing so

To close your Sling Money account, tap on your avatar in the top-left of the 'Home' screen, scroll down to 'More' and follow the instructions to close your account.

Instead of closing your account, you might want to consider:

  • Changing your preferences for how you use the app

This includes how Sling Money communicates with you. For example, in your profile settings, you can toggle on and off whether you want to be locatable in the Sling Money directory.

  • Unsubscribe from emails sent by Sling Money

Choose the 'Unsubscribe' option in an email from us.

  • Uninstall the app from your device

You can reinstall it and sign back in at any time later on.

We value your feedback, so we may ask you for the reason you wish to change your preferences or close your account.

If you would also like to delete your personal data, please contact Sling Money Support via in-app chat. Our team will guide you through the process.
