How to Raise a Complaint

To submit a formal complaint, please email us at [email protected] with the "Formal Complaint."

In your email, kindly include:

  • The reason for your complaint.

  • How would you like us to resolve it?

  • Any other relevant details or information.

Once we receive your complaint, we’ll send you a confirmation to let you know it’s being handled.
