Where can I check my personal details?

This article describes how to view the personal details linked to your Sling Money account.

To view your personal details:

  1. Tap your avatar icon in the top left of your transaction history.

  2. Select ‘Personal details’.

  3. You will see the information you set during your account creation:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Username

    • Phone number

    • Email address

Please note that some details cannot be changed directly in the app. If you need to update them, contact our support team.
