How do I add a payment method?

Step by step on how to link your bank account, card, or mobile money wallet to your Sling Money account

Click on your avatar in the top left corner and select "Payment methods."

  • Tap '+ Add new payment method'

  • Select the currency to move into your Sling Wallet

  • Based on the currency, it will provide you with different payment methods

Debit card (Credit cards are not supported at the moment)

Bank account

Mobile money wallet

  1. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC

  2. Confirm your billing address

  1. Select the region where your bank operates

  2. If prompted, select the name of the bank from the list of existing ones

  3. Enter your bank account information

  1. Enter your phone number

  2. Fill in the code sent via the verification text

If all is done correctly, the payment method is added! You can tap '+ Add money' and use this payment method.

You can manage your payment methods in your profile section of the Sling Money app.

  • How to check your billing address?

    There are several different ways to check a card's billing address. You can look at the address printed on your billing statement. You can also log in to your online banking account or associated app and review the billing address associated with your card. If you are still unsure about your billing address, you can always contact your bank's customer service.
