How do I link a payment method?

Learn how to add or manage a payment method in Sling Money, including linking a bank account, debit card, or mobile money wallet.

To link a payment method to your Sling Money account:

  1. Tap your avatar at the top left of your screen.

  2. Select ‘Linked payment accounts’.

  3. Tap ‘+ Add new payment method’.

  4. Choose the currency you want to move into your Sling Wallet.

  5. Based on the selected currency, you’ll see available payment method options, such as:

    • Debit card (Credit cards are not supported at the moment)

    • Bank account

    • Mobile money wallet

  1. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC

  2. Confirm your billing address

  1. Select the region where your bank operates

  2. If prompted, select the name of the bank from the list of existing ones

  3. Enter your bank account information

  1. Enter your phone number

  2. Fill in the code sent via the verification text

Once everything is verified, your payment method will be added successfully. You can then tap ‘+ Add money’ and use this method to fund your Sling Wallet. You can also link a payment method when adding or sending money.

You can manage your linked payment methods anytime in your profile section within the Sling Money app.

How to check your billing address (if you are adding a card)

There are several ways to find your card’s billing address:

  • Check the address printed on your billing statement.

  • Log in to your online banking app or web portal to view your card’s billing information.

  • If you’re still unsure, contact your bank’s customer service for confirmation.
