I want to change my personal details, how do I do it?

The only details provided during your account creation that you can change on your own are:

  • Username

  • Phone number

Be careful that there are limits to how often you can change these details. After exhausting these limits, you must contact the customer support team to change them.


The details provided during your account creation that you cannot change on your own are:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

You’ll need to reach out to our support team — either by email or chat.

Say, for example, your legal name in the app doesn’t match what’s on your ID.
When you reach out, make sure to clearly say what’s wrong and what your full, correct name is.

The more precise you are, the faster we can get it sorted.
