Details you can change on your own
You can update the following details directly in the Sling Money app:
Username
Phone number
Be aware that there are limits to how often you can change these details.
Once those limits are reached, you’ll need to contact Sling Money Support for further updates.
Details that cannot be changed directly
The following details cannot be changed in the app:
First name
Last name
Email address
If you need to correct any of these, please contact Sling Money Support through in-app chat or email.

If your legal name in the app doesn’t match the name on your ID, explain what’s incorrect and provide your full, correct name.
