Where can I see my rates when making a transfer?

Learn how to view the current exchange rates when sending or receiving money in Sling Money

You can easily check your current exchange rates in the Sling Money app.

  1. Tap your profile picture.

  2. Tap ‘Exchange rates’.

  3. You will see the list of currencies available in Sling Money and their current rate, compared to your display currency.

Rate validity and updates

Exchange rates change regularly. The rate we show you is valid for a limited time.

If that rate expires before you complete your transfer, you will be asked to retry using the updated rate.

You can also see the exchange rate used in a specific transaction by tapping on each transaction on your transaction feed.

✏️ Example


If your display currency is Mexican pesos, and your Sling Balance is stored in digital dollars, you could see an exchange rate of 1 USDP = 20 MX$.
