What payment methods do you support for withdrawals?

Learn which payment methods are supported for withdrawing money from your Sling Balance, including bank accounts, debit cards, and mobile money wallets.

If you wish to withdraw money from your Sling Balance, several payment methods are available depending on your region and currency:

  • Bank account:
    If the currency is supported, you can withdraw in your local currency directly to a linked bank account.

  • Mobile money wallet (Africa):
    In supported African currencies, you can withdraw money using a mobile money wallet.

  • Debit card (Visa or Mastercard):
    You can withdraw money to a Visa or Mastercard debit card issued in one of the supported countries. Withdrawals are available in currencies such as SEK, TRY, PLN, and other supported options.

  • Brazil:
    You can withdraw money using Pix or by entering your bank account details.

Please note that Sling Money does not currently support withdrawals to credit cards, girocard, iDEAL, Blik, or other similar payment methods.
