Why haven’t I received the Referral Gift yet?
Please note that in order to receive the referral gift, your referee needs to sign up after you've created and shared the Sling Link with them.
If your referee signs up before you create the Sling Link and share it with them, the referral gift will not be credited to your Sling Money account.
Also, if your country isn’t on the list of participants, you won’t be able to get the referral gift.
Which countries are eligible for the referral gift?
United States
The inviter will receive $10 USD and up to 3 refer redemptions.
Latin America (LATAM)
Guatemala, Guyana, Suriname, Paraguay: The inviter will receive $2 USD and up to 5 refer redemptions.
Brazil: The inviter will receive 15 BRL and up to 5 refer redemptions.
Africa
Benin, Botswana, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Republic of the Congo, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, The Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Niger, Rwanda, Saint Helena, Sierra Leone, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
The inviter will receive $1 USD and up to 10 refer redemptions.
How long will it take for the referral link to be credited to my balance?
The referral gift is usually credited within 15 minutes of the referee signing up and claiming the Sling Link to their Sling Money account.
If your gift has not been credited after that time and you have complied with all terms and conditions please contact us so that we can review your case.
