Your account must:
Not be new, and
Have enough transaction history for us to review.
This process ensures that higher limits are available only to accounts that have shown consistent and reliable activity.
If you believe you qualify, please contact Sling Money Support to request a review.
Our team will assess your account history, including how long you’ve been active and your transaction volume.
If your request is approved, your limits will be raised accordingly.

Limit increases are not automatic.
You must request them manually, and eligibility depends on your account activity and usage history
