My Sling Card isn’t working - what should I check?

Troubleshoot issues when your Sling Card doesn’t work.

If a Sling Card transaction fails:

  1. Make sure you have enough money in your Sling Balance to cover your purchase.

  2. Check that your card isn’t locked.

  3. Make sure you haven’t exceeded your daily limit.

If it’s still not working, reach out to Sling Support - we’ll look into it and follow up with our provider if needed.
