What is a micro-deposit?
A micro-deposit is a small test payment of under $1.00 that is sent to your bank account to verify that you are the account owner and allow you to link it to Sling Money.
Micro-deposit verification is only supported for ACH transfers. Wires and other transfer methods are not currently supported.
How it works
Tap your profile picture at the top left of your home screen
Tap 'Payment methods' > 'Add new payment method'
Choose the currency the account is in and follow the prompts to enter the payment method's details
Within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive one or two small deposits to your Sling Balance.
Once the deposits appear in your Sling Money transaction feed, log in to your bank’s app or website and enter the exact amount of each deposit (for example, $0.56 and $0.84).
When confirmed, your bank account will be successfully linked to Sling Money and ready to use.
Your bank may then withdraw the micro-deposits.
