The Sling Money Directory helps you find other Sling Money users so you can send or request money from them easily.
You can search for other users by tapping the search bar at the top of the home screen and typing their name.
Managing your privacy settings
You can control whether other users can find your username in the Sling Directory. To manage your visibility in the Sling Money app:
Tap your profile picture at the top left of your home screen
Tap 'Privacy'
Use the toggle button to choose whether other Sling Money users can find you through search
If you are listed, other users can find you by searching your name. You can change this setting at any time.
Reporting false profiles
All users listed in the Directory must use their real name and photo. False or misleading profiles are not allowed.
If you see a profile that uses a fake name or photo, you can report it through the in-app chat. Our team will review the report and take action if needed.
