One account per user

Our identity verification process and account monitoring systems help make sure that each user only has one account.

Attempts to create multiple accounts for the same person will be denied, and if we discover that one person is using multiple accounts, you may be subject to account restrictions or closure.

Why this matters

Limiting accounts to one per user helps Sling Money prevent fraud and financial crime and ensures that you can easily pay the right people in the Sling Money Directory.

You can access your Sling Wallet from more than one device

We recommend limiting the number of devices you log into Sling Money with to keep your money secure and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

We continuously monitor wallet activity for signs that your account may be compromised. If we detect anything unusual, we may temporarily pause access to adding or withdrawing money while we investigate and confirm that your account is secure.
