Our identity verification process may require you to share your name, phone number, date of birth, residential address, a selfie, and a picture of a photo ID card. This process is required by law and regulated partners and is necessary for us to serve you and other members of our community in a safe, secure, and compliant manner.
Sling Money cannot serve customers subject to sanctions issued by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations. This may include directly sanctioned individuals or individuals associated with sanctioned entities or geographies.
We may also be unable to serve customers in certain countries with high rates of fraud, financial crime, or sanctions evasion.
