You need a smartphone with biometric verification enabled, with an operating system later than iOS 16.2 or Android 8.0.
In our supported countries, you do not need a smartphone to redeem a Sling Link to your bank account, debit card, or mobile money wallet.
You can log in to and use Sling Money via email, so even if you do not have access to your phone number (while traveling, etc.), you are still able to use Sling Money.
