You can off-ramp the funds in your Sling Wallet through us at any time. You can also take your wallet to another provider to off-ramp if you prefer.

If you have sent a Sling Link and it has not been redeemed yet you can visit the Transaction Details screen for that Sling Link to get the money back.

Unfortunately, however, transfers to other people are final and returns or refunds of transactions are not possible. This is because blockchains like the Solana Blockchain that Sling Money uses are "immutable," meaning that they cannot be changed.

Sling Money cannot access your wallet and it cannot access the wallet of other Sling Money users or third parties in order to recover money you regret sending.

Please remember that only you can authorize transactions from your Sling Wallet using your private key and biometric authentication. If you believe that someone else has stolen your private key please contact us through in-app chat immediately.
