The Sling Money Directory is a list of individuals who use Sling Money.
It helps you find and send money to the right person quickly and easily.
You can search the Directory using the search bar in the Sling Money app to locate other users who have chosen to appear in it.
How listing works
When you sign up for Sling Money, you can choose whether or not to appear in the Sling Money Directory.
We ask all users to use their real names and photos. This helps maintain the accuracy and safety of the Directory, reduces fraud, and builds trust within the Sling Money community.
If we find that a user is using a false name or image, we may ask them to update their information or disable their Sling Money account.
How to remove yourself from the Directory
If you prefer not to appear in the Sling Money Directory:
Tap your avatar icon.
Select ‘Privacy’.
Toggle off ‘Show me in search’.
Once turned off, your profile will no longer appear in search results.

If you notice someone listed under a false name or profile photo, please contact Sling Money Support via in-app chat. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action.
