Situations when a refund is possible
If you have sent a Sling Link and it has not been redeemed yet, you can cancel the transaction and the money is re-credited to your balance.
For that
Find the Sling Link in your transaction menu
Tap it, then tap 'Cancel'
Situations when a refund is not possible
Transfers to other people are final (recipient has accepted or collected the funds). Blockchains like the Solana blockchain that Sling Money uses are "immutable," meaning they cannot be changed.
Sling Money cannot access your wallet, and it cannot access the wallets of other Sling Money users or third parties to recover money you regret sending or sending accidentally.
Please remember that only you can authorize transactions from your Sling Wallet using your private key and biometric authentication. If you believe that someone else has stolen your private key, please get in touch with us through in-app chat immediately.
